2014-current College of Education, Trident University International

As Full-time Faculty in the College of Education duties include

 Teaching courses in the MAED; Ed.D. and Ph.D. programs for the College of Education

 Provide ongoing support to students for individual needs, accommodation requests, and respond to course related questions or concerns

 Respond to student questions regarding program requirements, grades, course protocol and adherence to policy and protocol(s) established by TUI

 Serve on committees related to administration and/or support for the university

2011-2014 Regional Program Chair, College of Education, Argosy University

Oversight/management of all College of Education programs for Orange County and Inland Empire campuses, including supervision of faculty, student support, and all administrative tasks related to both campuses.

Taught classes in the College of Education for the Teacher Credential, Master’s, and Doctoral Programs; served as IRB committee member and Teacher/TPA Coordinator for both campuses.

2007-2014 Assistant Professor Argosy University

Taught courses in the College of Education’s Teacher Credential, Master’s and Doctoral programs, provided student advisement and support, and performed all administrative duties assigned by the College Dean or Vice President of Academic Affairs, as related to program assessment, alignment, or improvement.

2006-2007 Education Consultant/Director

Redesigned private academy (pre-school through high school), duties included: writing school policy/protocol, providing professional development for teachers, establishing community outreach and parent contact, and performing all personnel related assignments and evaluations.

2005-2006 Designed and developed infrastructure for a private high school including: defining policies and procedures, initiating preliminary WASC affiliation, defining marketing and launching website.

2004-2006 Adjunct Faculty California State University Fullerton and California State University Long Beach (Secondary Education Program) taught courses within the teacher education programs for secondary education and credentialing programs.
