The Emergency Response Unit (ERU) Competitive Call is being published in accordance with Legal Notice 350 of 2016 – Emergency Procurement Regulations, 2016

I. Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) OR Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) (or Mockup when not available) OR product literature are to be supplied for each item on offer. II. For medical materials and surgical devices kindly present the Declaration of Conformity.

III. Delivery period should be within 7 Working Days from Confirmation of Order. However if no contractor can meet this requirement the CPSU may consider otherwise. IV. Quotations received without delivery time frames are considered to be in line with the above delivery time frames (7 days). Offers stating delivery details as ‘to be supplied upon request’ shall not be considered. V. Payment terms for this Competitive Call are thirty (30) days from receipt of goods. VI. If a consignment is not delivered within the stated delivery, ERU reserves the right to cancel part/all order.

Note to ALL Economic Operators Please be informed that every Competitive Call shall be published on the CPSU website [https://health.gov.mt/en/cpsu/Pages/Emergency-Response-Unit-(ERU).aspx] and on The Malta Government Gazette. Alerts of issue shall be sent to every registered Economic Operator for each Competitive Call. Fluorescein 10% Injections Fluorescein 100mg per ml B.P. in 5ml ampoule for IV use. Item Description and Specifications: The presence of thiomersal (and other preservatives) in the composition of medicinal products should be stated on the label and a warning regarding the risk of sensitisation in relation to thiomersal and other preservatives should be included in the Summary of Product Characteristics and Package Leaflet.

Human factor IX 500 IU powder for solution for injection or infusion (without Heparin) Freeze-dried plug of high purity plasma derived factor IX sterile powder for solution supplied in a single dose vial of 500 IU, prepared from plasma from screened donors and after the product undergoes viral inactivation steps.
