Previous Minutes: Minutes were read by the secretary.

Presidents’ report: Terry wished to convey his thanks to the club for their support during his last three years as President.

Treasurers Report: To be entered in at a later date, as financials are with the clubs accountant.

Motions: There were three remits discussed and passed into the clubs constitution at this A.G.M

Remit 1: After 20 years continuous service, the member of the club will automatically become a life member of the club. This will be advised at each years Annual General Meeting. All club annual fees including NZHRA fees will be covered by the club. Clause 1: Fees only to be paid while the life member is active within the club.

Remit 2: A club member may be nominated by another club member(s) for life membership for their outstanding contribution(s) to the club during their membership of the club. A minimum period of 10 years continuous membership by the nominee will apply.

Remit 3: In order to recognise the significance of the “clubmember of the year award”, the club will fund the recipients club membership fee for the year following the receipt of the award.
