It is the mission of the ASGSWOCC to improve and enhance the lives of students that attend SWOCC by advocating and informing the students through the education of student rights, campus policies and procedures; the encouragement of social expression, cultural awareness, and community outreach; the promotion of civic engagement; and by representing the Student Body to the community, administration, faculty, and the staff, in order to better serve the body and sub-organizations under the governance of ASGSWOCC Associated Student Government Meeting Minutes

1. Call to order at: 4:07 Attendees: Charlie Kloss, Tim Eddingfield, Kaitlyn Fallon, Frank Moreno, Arrayana Edwards, Alexis Horn, Nathan Helland, Tanner Howard, Jared Helms, Nick Henris, Emannel Duwap, Asa Gragahm (Tardy), Eli Duhon Non-Members: Nathan Thompson, Chris Wise, Jeff Harden, Ningxin Shen (Teddy), Sandra Sherman Absences: Mary Joe Madrid

5. Team Member Reports 5.1 President Bowling!!! Blood Drive. Do your duties, some infractions probation can happen. Eli Duhon has a probation warning 4 violations in bylaws  Failure to maintain office hours  Improper use of ASG computers  Failure to upkeep duties as sustainability director  Failure to show initiative towards ASG sponsored events All officers are warned; this is a blanket warning probation can happen without a previous warning. 5.2 Vice President Projects for individual students organize and inventorize the activities closet Frank takes names to organize closet. We are leaving at 10:00 a.m.

Says he’s doing homework on computers Nathans approval to do homework on computes Wants to update bylaws to Schedule conflict with hours Said he’s sorry for not attending events, saying that other people don’t attend them either Doesn’t want to do cans, takes 4-6 hours per week also working on food pantry Putting together a guide for further sustainability directors Says bylaws are out of date… Says judicial branch is immature politics?

5.9 Volunteer Services Director Van Jam!
