Registration and Payment

1. How do I register for the conference? Where do I need to go to register for it? - Visit www.cmtai.org , - Click on: Our work- Annual conference- Register Box. You can also find the registration link on our event blog page http://cmtaievents.blogspot.in/

2. What is the fee? - CMTAI Member: 5,000 + 18% GST = 5,900 INR - Non-member: 5,500 +18% GST = 6,490 INR - Student: 4,500 + 18% GST = 5,310 INR

3. Can I pay by cheque or should I do only online payment? - The fee payment needs to be made online only. We do not accept cheque or cash or any other mode of payment. Our website is user friendly and makes the process simpler. You can write to us @ [email protected]/ [email protected] / [email protected] if you need further clarifications.

4. Can I block my seat and pay later? - Your registration will be confirmed only after the payment.

5. What does the fee include? - The fee also includes GST, lunch and refreshments only

6. When is the last date for registration? - 31th October 2017

Schedule and Session Selection

7. How do we select the sessions? - Once you have made the payment, you will have access to the session selection form. Go through the profiles and brief about the session before selection and submission of this form. This will help in choosing your preferences easier.

8. Can we change our choice of sessions after submission? - No. Once you submit the session form you will not be able to change it again.

9. Can we attend all sessions? - No. you will need to choose between sessions from the schedule shared on our website.

About the Conference

11. Will the conference have workshops also or is it only Theory/ seminars? - Our conference is designed with a variety of sessions. We have panel discussions, experiential workshops, film screening, movement jam and so on. 12. Will I be able to take something from the conference and use it in my profession? - Yes. The conference sessions intend to give you an experiential learning of different modalities that are practiced and will be more of a preview of the principles of each of the modality. We do have training courses that one can sign up to get professionally trained for the specific modality.

13. Will I get a certificate for attending the conference? - Yes.

14. Is there a specific profession that the conference is open for? - The conference is open for therapy practitioners, students, professors, corporate, home makers, medical practitioners, and everybody and anybody who is open to experiencing and learning new and creative approach to wellbeing.

Accommodation

15. Is accommodation part of the fees? - No, you will have to book your own accommodations. Please find the attached list/list of hotels and stays near by

16. Can I share my room with someone? Can you put me in touch with someone? - Since accommodation is arranged by yourself, we will be unable to coordinate on the same.

Cancellation

18. Do you refund the money if I am unable to make it for the conference? - Fee is non-refundable; however, you can transfer the same to someone else known by you. Sessions selected by you remains the same

** 19. If non-member pays as member – what’s the process to follow? - We recommend participants to please read up carefully before registering to avoid this situation. A non-member participant will need to pay the remaining fees immediately. Also a check will be done by CMTAI and you will be notified accordingly.

20. How are students verified as a student? - For Students, its mandatory to show the Id card at the time of registration on the conference day. If not a student or Id cannot be produced then the remaining fee to be paid at the registration counter.
