AUTHOR’S AGREEMENT 1. The author and co-author(s) must complete this form and fax it to the ICFDM’04 Secretary before April 30, 2004. If the paper is a work made for hire and the author or co-author(s) do not have the authority to sign the paper, the owner of the paper must also sign the form. 2. Each paper finally accepted for ICFDM’04 will be published in the Proceedings of ICFDM’04 and the final authority to each paper will rest with ICFDM’04 Organizing Committee. 3. The authors agree to obtain the employer’s security clearances and approvals as may be required. 4. The authors) agree to attend the Conference or find a substitute to orally present the paper. 5. The authors agree that the paper shall be free of commercialism. 6. The authors, and the owner or employer of a work for hire shall have a royalty-free, nonexclusive right to use, reproduce and distribute the paper provided that (a) each copy shall include the copyright notice appearing on the published paper and (b) the copies are not offered for sale. 7. If the paper is somehow not accepted for publication, the paper will be returned to the author, co-author or employer and this assignment and transfer shall be of no effect.
