Mine Made Adventure Park – Knott County has turned reclaimed mine property into a recreational venue for all-terrain vehicles and motorbikes. The park, which is free to enter, boasts approximately 100 miles of trails that run down into the hollows and up to the peaks offering spectacular views of the surrounding area. The Knott County ATV & Streetbike Training Center is also located in the Park. North Central Region

Bulleit Frontier Whiskey Experience at Stitzel-Weller, Louisville – The newest member of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® is located only five miles from downtown Louisville. Many great brands have been distilled on this property which was originally opened in 1935. Presently, 18 warehouses house about 400,000 barrels of whiskey. Tours run Wednesday through Sunday beginning at 10 a.m. with the last tour at 2 p.m. Cost is $10 for adults over 21. http://bulleitexperience.com/

The Gentleman Distillery, Paris - The Gentleman is a small batch distillery located in Paris, KY. They are the first licensed distillery in Bourbon County since Prohibition forced the closure of the distilling industry in 1919. Ingredients are locally-sourced. With the exception of sugar and molasses, their ingredients will come from within ten miles of the distillery - making their products truly Bourbon County products. Ethreal Brewing, Lexington – Opened in near the end of 2014, Ethereal Brewing opened its doors as one of the newer additions to Lexington’s Brewgrass Trail. The company was started by two friends who turned their beer-brewing hobby into a business. Kentucky Peerless Distilling, Louisville – The family’s Henderson, Kentucky distilling business, which was established in the late 1800’s, has been closed since the early 1900’s. The original owner’s great- grandson is re-establishing the distillery in downtown Louisville. Their location is the renovated former Walker Bag Company and began welcoming visitors in June 2015. StageOne Family Theatre rolls Out its 68 th Season, Louisville – StageOne Family Theatre is dedicated to producing, presenting and developing quality, diverse and affordable entertainment and to training and mentoring local youth in the arts. Its 2014-2015 Mainstage Series begin Oct. 11 with the musical based on a traditional tale, Petite Rouge, a Cajun Red Riding Hood. Local Speed in the NuLu neighborhood of Louisville is the Speed Art Museum’s satellite space for programs and exhibitions during the renovation of the Speed Art Museum on South Third Street. Located at 822 East Market Street, Local Speed has 6,000 square feet of special exhibition and programming space. National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park (MSP) – With the grand opening on Sept. 17, 2014, the MSP features a two-mile west and a one-mile east circuit which can be combined in multiple configurations. The MSP will be used primarily for High Performance Driver Education events conducted by the Corvette Museum and other driving school organizations.
