Communications Director Communications Team Job guidelines for We Are Aggie Pride board member

Position Requirements:  Consistently post to social media outlets (Facebook and Twitter)  Create press releases and media outreach  Work with Internal and Events Directors to promote events and plan outreach strategies

Time Commitment:  1-5 hours / week (possible increase in hours around events)  Attend week and weekend events  Attend weekly board meeting  Attend 1 training with Telephone Outreach Program  Attend 1 UComm media training session

Spots available: 1  Skills/Experience:  Business writing experience  Strong grasp of various social media platforms  Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation: This is an unpaid volunteer position. It is great experience for anyone interested in marketing, communications, or public relations.
