REMINDER For weather emergencies, our school will primarily follow the Fairfax County Public School System. Should Fairfax County close school for the day, Hunter Mill will most likely be closed. If Fairfax County should have a delayed opening, we will open at 9:00 a.m. (doors will open at 8:45 a.m.). If the County announces an early closing, Half Day students will be dismissed at 12:00 noon. All other children must be picked up by 1:00 p.m. School will close at 1:00 p.m. If Fairfax County Schools have a planned closing and there is a weather emergency, parents will be notified via email and a recording on the school’s voicemail.
