Access and disability

The community garden would encourage sustainable access by discouraging the use of vehicles and encouraging access by walking or cycling. It must be recognised however that some disabled access will be needed for the exclusive use of those clients.

A central free tool hire would be established. Small sheds to be sited for use by community gardeners and mentors. Our special community of adults with a learning disability and other hard to reach groups would be made especially welcome.
