Solange Mukamurenzi is the Coordinator of Rwanda Development Gateway Group (RDGG), an ICT project in the Ministry of Education. She coordinates and monitors the implementation of the activities by the RDGG Centers namely the Regional ICT Training and Research Center; the Rwanda Development Gateway; and the Center for Geographic Information System and Remote Sensing.

Prior to joining RDGG in 2005, she worked for the Computer Science Department at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology in Kigali, Rwanda. She also worked as the Manager of the Regional ICT Training and Research Center.

She holds a master's degree in Computer Science and IT from St Andrews University, Scotland

Wilson Muyenzi is an ICT for Development professional and an emerging expert in eGovernment and IT Project Management. He is currently the Project Manager of the eRwanda Project which is an ICT for Development project in Rwanda funded by the World Bank.

He attained a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University in New York under a Fulbright Scholarship. Before then, he graduated from the Kigali University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree (Honors) in Computer Engineering and Information Technology. He has 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, eGovernment implementation, IT Security and IT Applications Development. He also teaches Computer Science subjects in 2 universities in Kigali, Rwanda and does research in the ICT for Development domain. Rwanda Participants

George Barigye holds a Bachelors Degree (BA Econ,) from Makerere University, and Masters Degree (MBA Project Management) from Maastricht School of Management, Executive Masters in E-Governance (ICT) from École Polytechnique Fédérale De Lausanne (EPFL), College of management of Technology.

He has worked as the Commercial Director Rwandatel S.A. and Sales and Marketing Director Terracom Communications.

Currently, he is the Director, Universal Access/Service Director Rwanda Utility Regulatory Agency (RURA).

Gasana Jerome, is a senior instructor at Kigali institute of Science and Technology since 2005 under the information Communication and Technology department. June 2006 was assigned the post of coordinator for NCC Education (UK based organization). The main duties was to oversea the trainings, exams and link between Rwanda and the NCC Education. January 2006 was appointed as Director for Regional ICT training and Research Center (RITC) at Kigali Institute of Science and Technology, this is one of the three unity of Rwanda development Gateway Group in Rwanda . I'm responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the RITC and submit the quarterly report to the government of Rwanda on the development of the RITC. We train various ICT technologies for the private sector, government staff, and people in the regional. The ICT trainings are for kids of 8years till the ICT professional in various posts.

Richard Niyonkuru holds a bachelors’ degree in Management from the National University of Rwanda (2000) and a Masters of Commerce in Management from the University of the Western Cape in South Africa in 2005.

He has worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Management of the National University of Rwanda from 2000 – 2005 and at the Department of Business Education of Kigali Institute of Education in 2006.

He worked from November 2006 to September 2008 with the National AIDS Control Commission as a Technical Advisor in charge of Research.

Currently, he is working with The Ministry of Education as an Advisor for Monitoring and Evaluation for ICT projects and the Project Coordinator for the One Laptop Per Child Program in the same Ministry.
