MnUSA SNOWMOBILE CLUB OF THE YEAR NOMINATION FORM

Eligibility requirements must include:  A snowmobiler club that is deeply committed to organized snowmobiling and is involved with snowmobile organizations and strives to make the sport even more enjoyable in the future for its members and others.  Nomination may be made by individuals, snowmobile organizations, or by the club.  All nominations must include responses to all topics addressed in this form.  All nominations are to be presented in the format of this form and by the prescribed application date.  Supporting documents, pictures, testimonials, etc. should be presented as an attachment.
