If the booking is re-let, however, then the manager, at their discretion, may return up to 75% of that charge for that period.

Refusal or cancellation of bookings by Manager Jump Space through the manager reserves the right to refuse any application or to cancel or terminate any booking for any reason whatsoever. All monies paid in respect of a booking cancelled in accordance with this condition will be refunded but Jump Space will not be liable for any expenditure incurred or loss sustained directly or indirectly by the hirer as a result of the cancellation.

Sessions will begin and end at the specified times.

NB: there may be another party after yours so you will be asked to vacate the cafe area promptly, leaving it as you found it.

NB: whole space parties: Jump Space staff will be responsible for the trampolines. The hirer is responsible for the supervision of the play area by appropriate adults unless additional play staff are booked in advance.

Breach of Regulations If any booked period of the hire is cancelled or terminated by the manager as a result of a breach of these conditions (as to which the decision of Jump Space shall be final) the hirer shall remain liable for the charges due up until that time, but without prejudice to any claim which Jump Space may have against him arising out of such breach or otherwise.
