ROYCROFT CAMPUS CORPORATION Manager of Development

The Roycroft Campus Corporation (RCC), a non-profit cultural/educational organization, seeks an experienced professional to work closely with the Executive Director in developing, implementing, and managing strong annual and long-term fundraising strategies and work plans to include: Sponsorship & Membership Programs, Annual Fund, E-Fundraising, Capital Campaign, and Special Events.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; 6-8 years demonstrated successful fundraising experience for non-profits; superior organizational skills; attention to detail & high commitment to quality control and accuracy; ability to manage multiple projects; excellent oral and written communication skills; proven interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, data bases & Internet.
