Postgraduate Independent Research Projects The School of Law offers students the ability to undertake unit of postgraduate coursework in which they complete an independent research project worth 100% on a topic which they negotiate with a supervisor. Please contact the School of Law Postgraduate Programs office on 3138 2305 or [email protected] if you are interested in these units.
LWN301 Principles of Australian Contract Law is not available to students who hold an Australian Bachelor of Laws, however students without an Australian Bachelor of Laws are encouraged to enrol.
LWN304 Legal Research Methodologies is not available to students who have previously completed LWN048 Advanced Legal Research.
LWN305 Applied Law is compulsory for international students in the LLM programs, and is a core unit in the Applied Law suite, but is not available students who hold an Australian Bachelor of Laws.
Please note not all units are necessarily available in all courses, some may only be available in the Applied Law Suite, and some may only be available in the LLM programs. Some units may not be available in the major which you are undertaking.
