Board of Directors Meeting
September 29, 2015
7:00 P.M.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. in the clubhouse at 4949 Hamilton Wolfe, San Antonio, Texas 78229.
Board Members Present: Ruben Cruz, President Margaret Husarik, Vice-President Anna Counts, Secretary/Treasurer
Also present was Victoria Galvan, manager.
The previous meeting minutes were read. There were no omissions, additions, or corrections. A motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Margaret Husarik, seconded by Ruben Cruz. The motion was voted on and approved.
Financial report: Victoria Galvan read the monthly recurring charges (HOA bills). She also read the financial balance sheets for the HOA. The monthly dues are due by the tenth (10) of every month. There were no omissions, additions, or corrections. A motion to accept the report as read was made by Margaret Husarik, seconded by Anna Counts.
New Business: CPA, Armstrong, Vaughn, and Associates have completed our 2014 audit. Building 7 will be receiving new hardie siding in the month of November, 2015.
Old Business: No old business was discussed.
A motion to adjourn was made by Ruben Cruz, seconded by Anna Counts.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
