1. Learnings from the 2010 Appalachian Basin Gas Well Seminar Agenda and Minutes: June 8, 2010  Review leanings from the 2010 Appalachian Basin Gas Well Seminar.  What was good?  What could have been improved? - Lynn Rowlan - Had more people in his course than expected. – Great that we had people sign up late. – We should be OK on the finances. – Would prefer to have it in a hotel. – Phil Scuillo – Need to improve advertising. – Not much value in the last panel on the Ask the Experts. Drop it. – Need a certificate for continuing education. Can do. – Need a course on gas-lift and gas circulation. Planning on it.

– Ronda Brewer – Should have a better idea on what to expect next year. – Some people didn’t go to the course they signed up for. – People didn’t know there were 30 minute breaks during the courses. – Need to have specific breaks for Day One. We can do this.

– Rodney Bane – Classroom set up was difficult. – Need bigger rooms for classes. – Need to consolidate with break space. OK – Need better information on parking. OK – Need to tailor a training session for Field Operators. Practical subjects. Not technical. Need an outline, and an instructor. Ask Matt Vavro. Kevin Dudley will check with him. – The Exhibits were very good. – Need to get feedback from the Exhibitors.

– Dee Combs – Get advertising out early. – Send a follow-up letter to all attendees. – Would like to have a more central location. Addressed with move to Pittsburg.

– Rob Sutton – Impressed by the way it came together. – Handled well the expansion from about 100 to 150. – Want to know where people come from. – We will send a list of attendees to the Committee. – Conference Room space was good. – We need a list of recommended restaurants and bars in the area. Hotels can do this.

– Bob Chase – Lea’s session needs to be in the McDonough Center. – There is an area called the Trustees’ Conference room in the Field House. – There is another conference room in the Field House. – Would do door prize drawings in the Exhibit area. We can do this. – Liked John Rinehart’s talk. – A few exhibitors wanted a connection at the Marietta Country Club for golf. Bob could organize this as a golf session on Sunday morning. – We could consider getting “special deals” at local hotels. – Include more design work in the courses.

– Kevin Dudley – Vendors didn’t get enough traffic at their booths. – Want more details in the courses.

– Tim Knobloch – Make sure authors are listed on the schedule. Can do this.

2. Planning for the Future Agenda and Minutes: June 8, 2010 - Do we want to hold this Seminar again? - If we do want it again, when should it be? - The consensus is that we should have this again. - We want to avoid the time of the Calgary oil show and the Pennsylvania show. - It looks like the week of June 13 will work. We need to determine the actual days for the event. Agenda and Minutes: July 20, 2010  Do we agree with having the next Seminar on June 12 – 14, 2011? - It was confirmed and agreed to schedule the next Seminar on June 12 - 14, 2011. Agenda and Minutes: Sept. 8, 2010  Are all still in agreement with having the 2011 Seminar on June 12 – 14, 2011? - It is agreed to use the dates of June 12 – 14, 2011.

3. Seminar Venue Agenda and Minutes: June 8, 2010  If the Seminar will be held again, where should it be held? - The consensus at this meeting was that the 2011 event will be in Marietta, Ohio. - However, several of the Evaluation Sheets said they would prefer Pittsburg. - So, we need to review this decision. Agenda and Minutes: July 20, 2010  Several people have commented that they would prefer to have the next Seminar in Pittsburg.  They feel that this would attract more attendance.  What are thoughts on this? - The consensus of the participants is that the next Seminar should be in Pittsburg. - This will allow more people to attend. - And it will provide better facilities for Exhibits, Classes, and Technical Sessions to be in the same facility. - We need to discuss this one more time at the next meeting and reach a final decision. Agenda and Minutes: Sept. 8, 2010  The consensus at the last meeting was that the next Seminar should be held in Pittsburg.  Is this still the consensus, or are there other feelings on the location for 2011? - It is agreed to move the Seminar to Pittsburg for 2011. - Potential venues include: - Hilton Garden Inn; - Sheraton Four Point; - Convention Center; - Holiday Inn near airport. - Hilton Garden Inn in the South Point area; Appalachian Basin Gas Well Deliquification Seminar Feb. 15, 2011 Page 5

- Expo Center convention center in Monroeville. Agenda and Minutes: Oct. 6, 2010  Has a hotel in Pittsburg been chosen for the 2011 Seminar? - So far the hotels have not responded to requests for information. - Ronda Brewer will check with the Hilton Garden Inn in South Point and the Expo Center in Monroeville. - If the hotels don’t respond, we may need someone in the area to visit with some of them in person. Agenda and Minutes: Dec. 7, 2010  Has a hotel in Pittsburg been chosen for the 2011 Seminar? - We have a contact with the Hilton Garden Inn in Pittsburg/Southpoint in Canonsburg, PA. - There will be no minimum number of rooms/meals. - People calling to reserve a room should mention that they’re with the Seminar.

Steering Team Agenda and Minutes: June 8, 2010 - Should others be added to the Steering Team? - Are people OK with the roles and responsibilities for members of the Steering/Planning Committee? - We need to ask Matt Vavro from Davro Well Services to join the team. - We need to ask Roger Willis from Universal Well Services. - People are OK with their roles and responsibilities. Important Issues Agenda and Minutes: June 8, 2010 - Discuss the most important issues facing gas well operations and deliquification in particular, in the Appalachian Basin area. - These will help form the basis for the major topics to be addressed in the next Seminar. - We need to focus on:  Gas-lift.  Artificial lift that is used in the Barnett.  Best practices from the Barnett, Haynesville: Bill Elmer  Sessions on Horizontals and Shale: there was an overlap. There are ten great Restaurants, Fort Pitt Museum, Science Carnegie Museum, Gettysburg Battlefield. - We could talk to Range Resources about a visit to a Multi-Well Pad to visit.
