Policies

Attendance:  Students must be seated and ready to begin class when the clock shows the time class is scheduled to start. If you are not in your seat…you are late. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

 Students must use their agenda to exit the class DURING class. If this policy is abused…then it will be taken away!

 Any student that wishes to leave the class may do so AFTER the bell has rung. Keep in mind that you have restricted class room leave policies throughout the semester.

 ALL work must be made up for the time missed because of the absence within the school week in which the absence occurred.  YOU MAY BRING A WATER BOTTLE TO CLASS. IT MUST BE PLACED IN THE FRONT OF THE ROOM WHERE YOU WILL DRINK IT. COMPUTERS ARE EXPENSIVE AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING THEM IF THEY GET RUINED BECAUSE OF LIQUID OR FOOD.

 NO CELL PHONES…PERIOD!!!

 IF YOU CHOOSE TO DISRUPT OUR CLASS, THEN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND RECEIVE A ZERO FOR THE DAY. YOU WILL ALSO BE ASKED TO ATTEND EXTENDED DAY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

 If you know ahead of time that you will miss my class, then you need to get any make up work finished and in my hands or Email either before you leave OR the day YOU RETURN! This work will be treated the same in regard to late work policies.

Assignment Deadlines:

 Assignments are due on the specified due date. Any work that is turned in late (past 3:00 on the due date) will be accepted for ONE point in order to avoid any zeros in my class.

 I will give ONE free late pass for any assignment or project for the entire semester.

 If you need assistance in any aspect of my class, please feel free to ask for help!.

 I expect that not everybody will achieve passing grades on tests, so at the end of the each 9 weeks I will drop your lowest test score (I decide which test).
