 I am Chantal Upton the VP of Sales and Training at Federal Savings Bank.  I am an experienced trainer, facilitator, leader, and salesperson.  I have been in banking for 17 years.  I have trained hundreds of people in that time. What Do I Do?

 I create trainings and help people to enhance their skills in leadership, sales and many other areas.  I create, personalize, and facilitate trainings.  I help others to find the best way to get the job done.  I help people utilize their strengths to be successful. My Ideal Clients

 Employees looking to increase their skill sets and move ahead in their careers.  Employers looking to train their employees to be more productive, better sales people, etc.  Employers looking to increase the leadership capabilities of their management teams.  I am full of energy and truly love to teach others.  I am creative and can create any training needed.  I fully personalize trainings to bring out the best in your employees and the company.  I am flexible and adaptable. What Would I Like To Happen Next?

 I would like to set a time to meet and discuss the training needs for their employees and management  I would like to find out what kind of trainings they have had or would like to have.  I would like the opportunity to show them I can benefit their company. My name is Chantal Upton and I am the VP of Sales and Training with Federal Savings Bank. I have been in banking for 17 years and during that time I have helped hundreds of employees to increase their skills and move ahead in their careers.
