The girls will be staying at Manzi Monate timeshare resort which is about a 10 minute drive from the regatta site.

Manzi Monate Resort provides self-catering accommodation in a tranquil bushveld-type atmosphere, near to the shores of the Roodeplaat Dam. It is about a 30 minute drive from Pretoria (depending on the traffic) and there are various small shops and restaurants within a 10 km radius.

The girls will stay in 6-bed chalets - each chalet has their own kitchenette and lounge.

Parents normally make their own accommodation arrangements, though most opt to stay at Manzi Monate.

Manzi Monate street address: Plot 105, Zeekoegat, Kameeldrif

Directions:

 From O.R. Tambo Airport take the N1 North to Polokwane.  Take the Cullinan / Wonderboom / Safako Makgatho off ramp (152).  At the traffic lights turn right under the highway.  Cross over the next two sets of traffic lights and at the four way stop.  Turn left at the Manzi Monate/Kameeldrif/Roodeplaat T2 turn off.  Drive for 7km on this road - last 800m is a dirt road.  Main gate to the Resort on your left hand side

You can book Manzi Monate through RCI, if you are a member. Alternatively, you can book over the internet through agents such as Safari Now and Trade Unipoint – we have booked through Mirinda Topham at Trade Unipoint ([email protected]) for 2017.
