Registration Packages: All accommodation packages include 11 meals (Mon dinner-Fri breakfast) and instructional materials. Late registration after 26 January 2018 will incur an additional 10% fee – Registration closes Feb 2nd
Motel Rate at the Oak Ridge Inn (limited spaces available) $785 per person (single occupancy); by request, pending availability. Includes Mon–Thurs nights accommodations. (Note: Please do not try to book directly with the Inn; we’ll be booking block rooms at a special rate; if you wish to view the rooms go to www.oakridgeinn.com.) Daily shuttles between the Oak Ridge Inn and Forest Home will be provided in mornings and evenings. You may arrange your own transport: it is about a 30 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute car ride (there are two hills on the way back from Forest Home to the Oak Ridge Inn).
Cabin Rate (see pictures www.foresthome.org/guest-group/ojai-valley/ ) $460 per person: Shared cabin accommodation onsite at Forest Home (4 to 6 persons in bunk beds per room, heated accommodation, and indoor bathroom/showers). Must bring own sleeping gear (sleeping bag, pillow, towel).
Platform Tent Rate (see pictures www.foresthome.org/guest-group/ojai-valley/ ) $385 per person: Shared tent-style bunkhouse accommodation onsite at Forest Home (8 persons in bunk beds per tent, outdoor bathroom/shower blocks). Must bring own sleeping gear (sleeping bag, pillow, towel). If you prefer to use your own tent and camping gear on-site, let us know asap. Commuter Rate $385 per person: For commuters or those who will make and cover your own accommodations in the Ojai Valley (e.g. the nearby Blue Iguana Inn, see www.blueiguanainn.com). Includes all meals. NB: You will need to arrange your own daily transport to/from Forest Home. Please note: if you live in Ventura County, please contact us for a local’s discount on the Commuter rate. Day Rate $130 per person per day (Tue-Thu only): Includes 3 meals/day (B/L/D); you will need to arrange your own daily transport to/from Forest Home. Children Aged under 5: $25 per child per day / $105 for the full 5 days, Aged 5 to 18: $45 per child per day / $200 for the full 5 days A limited children’s program is currently under consideration – Parents please contact us if you want to help
NOTE: First come/first serve. To secure your spot at the above prices we must receive your full registration payment by January 26, 2018. Registrations after this date will incur an additional 10% fee. Payment must be made by check or money order in U.S. funds or by credit card through PayPal (add 3% to total). REFUND POLICY: Full fee due at registration. If you cancel your registration by Jan 26, 2018 you will receive a refund minus a $30 non- refundable fee. If you cancel after Jan 26, 2018, refund depends on our ability to fill your spot. ATTENDANCE: Late arrivals and/or early departures will be required to pay full fee. We produce our Institutes using as many local resources, and as little fossil fuel, as possible. Please help us support the environment and the local economy.
