Soroptimist Women’s Opportunity Awards www.soroptimist.org The Women’s Opportunity Awards program assists women who provide the primary source of financial support for their families by giving them the resources they need to improve their education skills, and employment prospects. Each year, more than $1.5 million is awarded to more than 1,000 women, many of whom have overcome enormous obstacles including poverty, domestic violence and/or drug and alcohol abuse.
NCEA Esthetician Scholarship NCEA National Coalition of Estheticians, Manufacturers/Distributors & Associations www.ncea.tv Eligible esthetician students can receive a $1,000 incentive scholarship while attending school. Applicants must be midway through an esthetician only training program, maintain at least 80% attendance, and 80% grade average.
Fred Luster, Sr. Education Foundation Scholarship Fund www.Ahbai.org. Beauty school students can earn a cosmetology scholarship from the AHBAI Fred Luster, Sr. Education Foundation. Students must have an 85 percent or higher average in school and must have completed a minimum of 300 hours.
Joe Francis Haircare Scholarship Foundation www.JoeFrancis.com Applicants must be currently applying for entrance into Cosmetology/Barber School, OR actively enrolled in a Cosmetology/Barber program and graduating AFTER August 31. Esthetician or Nail training students are not eligible. Scholarship award amount is $1,000.
Beauty Schools Marketing Group Scholarship www.beautyschool.com Beauty Schools Marketing Group will award a $2,500 cosmetology scholarship to a beauty school student attending a previously unattended cosmetology school. The scholarship winner will be chosen from the applicants who complete a scholarship application form that includes short answer questions about significant beauty industry issues and personal achievements.
Aurie J. Gosnell Scholarship - Four (4) $1,250 Scholarships http://www.ncea.tv/scholorships-grants Four scholarships in the amount of $1,250 are awarded each year to eligible individuals for training in cosmetology. See Admissions Representative for current application.
Alice Madden Barton Scholarship http://www.greatclips.com/stylists/scholarship-program Current students, high school students and anyone interested in cosmetology or barbering as a career can apply for a scholarship through the Alice Madden Barton Scholarship program. These scholarships can be used at any cosmetology or barbering school and are given out twice per year.

Beauty Changes Lives Vidal Sassoon Professional Beauty Education Scholarship Program - Basic www.BeautyChangesLives.org The scholarship program is open to prospective & newer cosmetology students. Ten winners will receive 50% of their tuition up to $10,000. This scholarship program is not available to current students.
Beauty Changes Lives Vidal Sassoon Massage Therapy Scholarship www.BeautyChangesLives.org The scholarship program is open to prospective & newer massage students. Winners will receive a $1500 scholarship. Beauty Changes Lives Murad Esthetics Scholarship www.BeautyChangesLives.org This scholarship program is open to prospective & newer esthiology students. Five winners will receive $2,250 tuition scholarship, a Murad Skincare Kit valued at $500 & an opportunity to be paired with a Murad Mentor.

Beauty School Directory $2,500 Cosmetology Scholarship www.beautyschoolsdirectory.com Future students of the beauty disciplines, including cosmetology, barbering, esthetics and others can apply for these $2,500 scholarships for cosmetology school. This scholarship is awarded four times per year and may be used at most schools nationwide.
Trixie’s Scholarship Program www.trixiessalon.com Trixie’s, a Des Moines Aveda Concept Salon, is offering two $250 scholarships for eligible Aveda Institute Des Moines students. Applicants must be accepted into an Aveda Institute Des Moines program, demonstrate financial need, and be motivated to achieve educational and career goals.
Great Clips Scholarship www.greatclips.com The Des Moines area salon owners and Great Clips, Inc. are sponsoring three $300 scholarships for individuals interested in pursuing a career in cosmetology or barbering after graduation from high school.
Robert D Blue Scholarship www.rdblue.org The applicant must be someone who has spent the majority of his/her life in Iowa and must be a current high school senior or enrolled in a college or program. The number and amounts of scholarships awarded vary from year to year and have ranged from $500 to $1,000.
Professional Beauty Association Sally Beauty Scholarship www.probeauty.org/scholarships/ Seven $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to high school graduates desiring to enter the cosmetology profession

Iowa ACAC Access Scholarship www.iowaacac.org $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to on Iowa high school senior whose high school and chosen college are members of the Iowa ACAC. Counselors, administrators, and school board members may nominate students at www.iowaacac.org.
