Rider and all participants including host understand and agree that NO photos or videos are allowed to be taken at the clinic. If rider or other party would like a video/photographs taken of a ride there is a $90 fee and all such materials will be taken by Nikki Alvin-Smith Studio ONLY. The video will not cover entire ride but salient points. The purchaser of such material also agrees to use such products for their own private use and to NOT post on You Tube, Facebook, Twitter, websites or any other social media or internet use. (This is because Paul and WVH are under contract with a professional production company and has agreed not to allow outside source coverage).
