Yes [ ] No [ ] If so, name of speaker: ______The following are the New York State CLE guidelines for presenters: One hour of continuing legal education credit shall consist of at least 50 minutes of instruction or other accredited activity, exclusive of introductory remarks, meals, breaks or other non-educational activities. If non-attorneys are presenting, at least one attorney in good standing must participate in the program as well. Credit hours and all certificates shall be calculated in no less than 25-minute (0.5) increments.
