The Nominations Committee is happy to present a slate of candidates for the positions of President-Elect, Vice President for Training, Treasurer, Proprietary Representative and Public Two-Year Representative. The KASFAA Executive Board met in Erlanger on December 12 and approved the following slate: President Elect: David Cecil, Transylvania University Vice President for Training: Rhyan Conyers, Georgetown College Aaron Gabehart, Campbellsville University Treasurer: Andrea Spry, Transylvania University Proprietary Representative: Charlene Geiser, Sullivan University System Patricia Nettleton, Beckfield College Public Two-Year Representative: Chuck Anderson, Hazard Community College Michael Barlow, Elizabethtown Community and Technical College These candidates have tremendous Financial Aid experience as well as experience with our association. In the newsletter you will find their bios and statement of candidacy. Please review their credentials and exercise your responsibility as a KASFAA member to vote! Voting Process Only paid members of KASFAA may vote. If you have not yet paid your membership for 2008-2009 do so as soon as possible so that you can participate in the election process. To become a paid member of KASFAA go to https://www.kasfaa.com/members_application.html. KASFAA members vote by electronic ballot, there will be no paper ballots available. The electronic ballot will be made available on the KASFAA website January 25–February 3, 2009. To cast your ballot you will need to know your USERID (your email address) and password.
