This review is for the Kindle version only! The books are great, this graphic novel is great. That being said, it is definitely not formatted for Kindle very well, or any Kindle app. I have the Kindle app on my Galaxy Nexus Android smart phone, my iPad 2, and on my computer. On each of my devices the pictures were extremely small, where it was almost impossible to read the words. The actual animation was easily visible but the words were way to small to read without any eye-strain. This wouldnt have been an issue if there were some sort of zoom function in the Kindle app it self, but there is not. On the iPad I was able to double tap the pictures and they would pop out where you are able to zoom in but when I did that the comic cells became pixelated and even more difficult to read.I have read the Circle Series about 4 times now (which I definitely suggest above the graphic novel, Ted Dekkers ability to create images with simple words is incredible and almost seems more vivid than actual pictures). I purchased the graphic novel because after reading the books so many times now and putting my own faces with the characters I wanted to know how Ted envisioned them and see if I liked them better than my imagination (some of them I do). I bought it for the pictures, so in all honesty I got what I wanted. For those of you who want the story and the pictures, get a hard copy somewhere.
