GLENDALE ELEMENTARY SUPPLY LIST 2017-2018 Session

Kindergarten: 1beach towel or blanket, 1 black marble journal,1 primary journal,1 four count box of play dough (play dough brand), 2 plastic pocket folders (do not label), 6 boxes of 24 count crayons, 1 large pack #2 yellow pencils, 6 large pink erasers,1 backpack (large enough to carry towel, folder, etc. no rolling backpacks) 1 thin BLUE and RED resting mat (do not send the thick mat or a mat with a cover on it), 2 boxes of Kleenex, 6 glue sticks, 2 large coloring books, 1 box Ziploc bags(gallon size boys / quart size girls), 2 packs Lysol disinfectant wipes(girls), 2 packs diaper wipes (boys), 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 packs of copy paper, 1 pack colored paper (boys), 1 pack white card stock (girls) and 6 letter size manila folders (not labeled). Please write your child’s name on the mat, towel and backpack only.

First Grade: 4 boxes of 24 Crayola crayons, 1 pair 5” Fiskars blunt scissors, 1 bottle of Elmer’s white glue, 1 pack of presharpened yellow #2 pencils, 1 – 70 count wide-ruled green spiral notebook, 1 – 70 count wide-ruled red spiral notebook, 3 blue plastic 2 pocket folders, 1 green plastic 2 pocket folder, 1 red plastic 2 pocket folder, 2 large pink erasers (no other colors, no scented, and no pencil top erasers), 1 box quart size Ziploc bags, 1 box gallon Ziploc bags, 2 rolls paper towels, 2 boxes of Kleenex, 1 pkg., loose leaf wide ruled paper, 1 package baby wipes, 1 pack of copy paper ,1 white 3 ring binder(1 in. with clear pocket cover) and 1 pack sheet protectors.

Second Grade: 2-boxes of 24 Crayola crayons, 1 pair Fiskars blunt scissors, 1- 6 pack glue sticks, 1 bottle of white Elmer’s glue, 2- 3 subject red spiral notebooks, 2-3 subject green spiral notebooks, 3 large boxes of Kleenex, 3 packs of wood pencils(not Dixon pencils), 6 large pink erasers, 2 rolls paper towels, 1 pack of wide ruled loose leaf paper, 1 box baby wipes, 1” white 3 ring binder with clear plastic cover , 1 box quart size Ziploc bags, 2 packs of copy paper and 1 box of skinny dry erase markers. Please DO NOT label supplies.

Third Grade: 2 boxes of Crayola 24 colors, 1 fabric zipper pencil bag with 3 holes (NO BOXES), 1 box of baby wipes,1 container Clorox wipes, 3 packs wide rule loose leaf paper, 1 pair of blunt scissors, 3 packs #2 wood pencils, 3 Elmer’s glue sticks, 2 large boxes of Kleenex, 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 box quart size Ziploc bags , 3 packs of copy paper, 8 marble journals, 3 red pens, 1(6 pack) manila folders, 1 pack black dry erase markers, 1 blue plastic pocket folder, 1 pink plastic pocket folder,1 red plastic pocket folder, 1 yellow plastic pocket folder, 1 orange plastic pocket folder, 1 green plastic pocket folder. Supplies may be labeled. NO BINDERS!

Fourth Grade: : 6 red pens, 4 packs #2 wood pencils only, 1 pair blunt scissors, 2 GREEN PLASTIC pocket folder w/ prongs, 2 RED PLASTIC folder with brass prongs, 2 YELLOW PLASTIC pocket folders w/prongs, 6 Elmer’s glue sticks,3 Manila folders, 2 boxes 24 Crayola crayons,1 fabric zipper pencil bag (no boxes), 2 boxes of Kleenex, 4 packs of WIDE RULED loose leaf paper, 2 packs of copy paper, 4 containers Clorox wipes, 7 marble journals and 3 highlighters, 1 box gallon zip lock bags. Please DO NOT LABEL any supplies. Fourth GRADE DOES NOT Need the dividers below. Special Ed. / Resource: Please follow the supply list for your child’s grade level.

EVERY CHILD WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING: 1. 1 pack of Insert able Tab Dividers (8 tabs) (except 4TH grade). 2. Every child must pay a $25.00 workbook fee at open house.

3. 1 pair of Ear buds for the computer lab.

BOOKSACKS MUST NOT BE ON ROLLERS.
