Embracing Self Care for Life

The Annual Self Care Conference is the only conference in the yearly events’ calendar to significantly focus on practical self care solutions and this year’s event, which has the theme of engaging and empowering people, will be showcasing valuable self care tools including social prescribing, health literacy, health apps, motivational training and public health campaigning.

Aimed at individuals working in the health and public health arena, especially those concerned with dwindling budgets, STP (Sustainability and Transformation Plans) requirements and managing service demand, this essential event will help inspire self care solutions to these problems.

There will be plenty of interaction, practical examples of self care and networking to help delegates generate ideas on how to implement meaningful self care models in their own settings.

In addition to exhilarating expert presenters, the conference will be highly interactive with a world café session designed to shape creative thinking on how to generate a self care movement and encourage the next generation to make self care their lifelong habit and culture.
