Options for Sponsorship
We hereby order a sponsor package including services as outlined below:
Sponsorship: Logo € 800,- Your logo will be published in the conference programme, on the EuroAsiaSPI² 2016 website and on the delegate conference bag.
Sponsorship: Proceedings € 1.000,- Your logo and a short description of your services will be published in the technical proceeding published by WILEY and distributed to each conference participant. in the conference programme, on the EuroAsiaSPI² 2016 website and on the delegate conference bag.
Sponsorship: Reception € 2.500,- A reception will be organized in the evening of the workshop day, prior to the conference starting. The reception will be announced to all attendees and at the reception the sponsor is promoted and holds an introductory note. The reception is organized with drinks and finger food and the sponsor distributes materials. Your logo will also be published in the conference programme, on the EuroAsiaSPI² 2016 website and on the delegate conference bag.
Sponsorship: Conference Dinner € 3.000,- At EuroAsiaSPI² 2016 we will organize a high quality social event. You will take with € 3.000,- a part of the cost and you will be allowed to distribute flyers to all dinner tables and hold a dinner note for all attendees. Your logo will also be published in the conference programme, on the EuroAsiaSPI² 2016 website and on the delegate conference bag.
