Business Support Officer required for Bury Provider Alliance

Health and Social Care Services in Bury are changing. As a group of providers already supporting the 200, 000 people living in Bury we have come together to form a Local Provider Alliance to deliver our shared vision of improving the health and wellbeing of the population and implementing the Bury Locality Plan.

The Alliance was formally launched in April 2017 and we have been tasked by Bury Commissioners to redesign health and social care pathways in partnership with the people of Bury.

To further support the developments of the alliance we are seeking to appoint a Business Support Officer. The purpose of this role will be to provide administrative and project support to the Locality Care Organisation (LCO) Alliance and the Programme Management Office (PMO).

The individual will work across multiple projects spanning health and social care. The role will be pivotal in providing support to ensure meetings are organised, paperwork is up to date and reports are provided in a timely fashion. Additionally you will be expected to work with project and programme managers to ensure key documentation such as implementation plans and risks and issue logs are kept up to date.

We are seeking an individual with excellent organisational skills, who has experience of supporting programmes of work. The individual will need to be resilient and have the ability to easily flex their approach in a changing environment. To apply:
