Rosina Fabius graduated with honours in 2013 from the Utrecht Conservatory in the Netherlands and finished her Master of Music study in february 2016 under Henny Diemer. During the period of her Master she studied for one year at the Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Wien (MDW) in Vienna with Professors Claudia Visca and Gabriele Fontana. She is currently being coached by the Welsh soprano Rosemary Joshua. In 2014 Rosina was engaged by Holland Opera to sing the role of La Messagiera and La Speranza in their production of Orfeo Underground based on Monteverdi's Orfeo. Several performances in the Amsterdam Grachtenfestival with Studio 32 Utrecht included the role of Marcellina (The Marriage of Figaro, W.A. Mozart) in the Festival's production of NozzeDonCosi. During her study in Vienna in 2015 Rosina was invited by the opera class of the MDW to sing the title role in Händel's opera Julius Caesar. Recently she was included in the talent programme of the Operadagen Rotterdam, giving house concerts and singing a role in the new opera production ‘Orfeo’s Night Song’. Rosina is frequently invited to sing in concerts and oratoria in the Netherlands and abroad. She took part as alto soloist in the St. Matthew Passion during the first International Bach Festival in Gran Canaria and appears regularly as soloist in baroque programmes with the London Octave in the famous church of St Martin-in-the-Fields. Rosina enjoys performing in chamber music concerts as a member of the ARTO ensemble and the Fabius Ensemble as well as giving song recitals. Together with her duo partner Kanako Inoue she followed several intensive masterclasses including the course "Poetry and Performance of the German Lied" at the Franz Schubert Institut (Baden, Austria) in 2014, where they performed and received coaching from famous artists such as Christa Ludwig, Robert Holl and Elly Ameling.
