Our internship program offers a project based learning opportunity and includes a full day orientation, formal networking event, and a capstone final presentation to showcase your experience.
We are currently seeking a paid Summer Intern for our Information Technology Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Systems team with a process improvement and automation initiative.
Project Experience: Learn about the software development cycle and tools used to manage it Process improvement, automation and systemic implementations Knowledge about our business, industry and the Supply Chain systems used to support them End of project Capstone presentation to your peers, managers and professors will give you the opportunity to showcase what you have learned Job Functions: Coordinate and collaborate with department developers, analysts and managers Identify gaps in existing process and documentation Assist in developing systemic JIRA workflows to improve process and automation Develop communication plan to keep the organization updated on changes
Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed Enthusiastic, hardworking and detail-oriented Experience with Atlassian JIRA & Confluence and Microsoft TFS is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:00 (32 hours) 8 Weeks
Wage/ Salary: $14
