Healthy Tradition TM was established in 2015 by gluten intolerant business woman with a strong philosophy oriented on healthy lifestyle and creative way of thinking. Healthy Tradition TM produces branded all natural gluten free snacks. There are fruit bars, creative cookies, granola and crisps among them. The company use gentle slow dry technology to manufacture these products. The ingredients are fruits, seeds, nuts, raw buckwheat and millet. Healthy Tradition TM also produces gluten free frozen bakery products such as cheese rolls, muffins, seeds and banana bread. All recipes and taste are unique and perfectly balanced, developed with dietary specialist control. All our products are premium quality, does not contain gluten, added sugar, preservatives and other refined and artificial additives. Our production facility is located in Kyiv and have all local certificates of food safety. We work under HACCP standards and have quality system.

All the recipes and technology are developed and owned by the owners and are protected in the UK. The company has ambitious to develop sales of its products in Europe and Northern America. It will invest in increasing of production capacity and put efforts in creative marketing to help retailers in positioning Healthy Tradition products and customers’ education.

The Walnut House has two components: 1. social: in 2010, we founded the Center of Integrated Care for Women in Crisis Situations. This women center is currently the only one in the Western region of Ukraine. Our objective is to maintain and support women in crisis situations (by providing temporary housing and work places for professional and social integration of women in society) and to develop awareness-raising campaign to increase the awareness of the general public, particularly women, about various manifestations of violence and gender inequality, and how to prevent them. 2. Business: in order to maintain the Women's Center, we founded a bakery in 2012, the profits of which we assign to the Center. Our business is growing – now, apart from the bakery, we provide catering and delivery of meals, and we assign a percentage of the proceeds to finance the Center and to help women.
