THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAD BOUGHT 200 SHARES OF JAIPRAKASH INDUSTRIES LTD IN AUGUST 1996 IN NAME OF MY WIFE SNEH LATA GUPTA FROM YOUR CLIENT INDIAN BANK A/C INDBANK (offshore) MUTUAL FUND THROUGH BROKER VASANT HOLDINGS PVT LTD. AT THE TIME OF SALE I HAD RECIEVED THE ORIGINAL SHARE CERTIFICATES OF THE SAME. BUT DUE TO SOME PERSONAL REASONS I WAS UNAVAILABLE TO GET THE SHARES TRANSFERRED IN MY NAME.
IN THE MEANWHILE, JAIPRALASH INDUSTRIES LTD AMALGAMATED WITH JAYPEE CEMENTS LTD AND CAME TO BE KNOWN AS JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES LTD. FOLLOWING THIS THE NEW SHARE CERTIFICATES OF JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES LTD WERE DESPATCHED BY THEM TO YOUR CLIENT INDBANK (OFFSHORE) MUTUAL FUND ON 8.4.2004. THUS WHEN I SEND THE TRANSFER DEED FOR JAIPRAKASH INDUSTRIES LTD,IT WAS REJECTED DUE TO THE ABOVE SAID REASON. HENCE I WANT TO GET THE NEW SHARES OF JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES WHICH WERE SENT TO YOU BY THE COMPANY.
OTHER DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS: NAME- SNEH LATA GUPTA NO OF SHARES- 200 CERTIFICATE NUMBERS- 263425, 263426, 351722. EMAIL - [email protected]
