The Keyboard: Number Your Paper!
Directions: Follow the directions below.
1. Find the Number keys on your keyboard.
2. Open Word Pad. Click in the space to type. (double click on the Word Pad icon.)
3. Type your name with a capitol letter at the top.
4. Press the Enter key 1 time.
5. Press the number 1 key one time, then the period key ( . ).
6. Press the space bar 1 time, then type the word ( the ) 1 time.
7. Press the Enter key 1 time. 8. Press the number 2 key one time, then the period key ( . ).
9. Press the space bar 1 time, then type the word ( see ) 1 time.
10.Press the Enter key 1 time.
11. Press the number 3 key one time, then the period key ( . ).
12.Press the space bar 1 time, then type the word ( you ) 1 time.
13.Press the Enter key 1 time.
14.Press the number 4 key one time, then the period key ( . )
15.Press the space bar 1 time, then type the word ( my ) 1 time.
16.Type the words in this list. (Your list should look like mine!)
5. I 6. me 7. of 8. a 9. your 10. is
17.Raise your hand when you are finished.
