Accountant Needed for EnviroSystems Management, Inc.

We are a small consulting firm located in downtown Flagstaff. You will be working under the direction of the Finance Manager. We are looking for a motivated individual who works well with others, and can also work independently. Initially, this is a permanent part time position. The schedule has some flexibility. We would like someone who plans to stay in Flagstaff, and is looking for career growth.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is detail oriented, is willing to learn, and is willing to be flexible to the demands of the business.

Duties will include the following:

Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Government Contract accounting General accounting duties Payroll

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

Minimum two years accounting experience Quickbooks knowledge Excel and Word knowledge Experience with Quickbooks Contractor a plus Experience using jobs and classes in Quickbooks a plus GSA experience a plus
