QED is looking to create a high performing, good quality partnership to deliver contracts and services in the Leeds City Region.

We welcome EOI’s from like-minded organisations interested in helping individuals, households and local communities to develop and thrive socially and economically.

We will identify appropriate organisations to partner with from the information submitted on their EOI. There may be additional due diligence or EOI information required prior to selecting our partners.
