New Richmond High School Band Craft Fair Vendor Application November 19, 2016 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Reserve your space early!!!

The New Richmond High School Band would like to invite you to join us for our 5th Annual Craft Fair.

Date: Saturday, November 19, 2016 Time: 9:30-2:30 p.m.

Place: New Richmond High School, 1131 Bethel-New Richmond Road, New Richmond, OH 45157

Fee: $30 per booth, $5 per table provided (Checks accepted as payment from August 21, 2015 until 2 weeks prior to the fair. Only money orders and cash will be accepted after that time. There is a $35.00 return check fee. NO REFUNDS) Checks should be made payable to: New Richmond High School Band

Booths: Cafeteria & Hallway booth sizes are 8’ x 10’, Gym sizes are 8’ x 10’. There are VERY limited number of tables and they will be assigned on a first come first serve basis @ $5 each.

Two chairs will be provided in all spaces. Electricity is very limited as well. You may request below and we will do our best to accommodate on a first come first serve basis. Vendor is responsible to provide all extension cords.

Raffle Item: Each crafter is asked to donate one craft item (minimum value $10.00) to be raffled off with proceeds going to the New Richmond High School Band. Please attach a business card/information on the item. These items may be dropped off when you check in on November 19.

Set-up: Starts at 7:00 a.m. and should be completed by 9:00 a.m. Student volunteers will be available to help you unload that morning and help load in the afternoon. Everyone is expected to stay until 2:30 p.m. Leaving early will jeopardize admittance to next year’s show!

** We reserve the right to limit the number of Direct Sales Vendors and also reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in a particular category (i.e. jewelry)

Crafter’s Responsibility: Crafters will provide tablecloths, set-up and dismantle their own display and man their own booths. Crafters should bring their own change for customers. Participants cannot impair others’ booths (i.e. sign, or display blockage). Vendors will NOT be allowed to move booth locations once a booth has been assigned. No Exceptions.
