If your student(s) do not read, read the prompt and then read each answer as you point to the corresponding picture. You may want to do just one page at a time. Encourage children to come up with their own answers rather than picking what seems popular with their peers. Make sure they know all answers are good and can be “right”. Remember, MI surveys are a snap shot of one moment in time, not an assessment tool to pigeon hole children for life, or even the year!
Scoring:
You may score on this sheet by highlighting students blue answers in one color and their red answers in a different color, or you may use the blank grid which follows.
