Make sure they know all answers are good and can be “right”.  Remember, MI surveys are a snap shot of one moment in time, not an assessment tool to pigeon hole children for life, or even the year!

Scoring:

You may score on this sheet by highlighting students blue answers in one color and their red answers in a different color, or you may use the blank grid which follows.
