Product Design & Development  Handling the overall design operations involving process flow diagrams, sizing of equipment/ components, equipment layout using good engineering practices in compliance.  Reviewing the manufacturing procedures and drawings for compliance with the various standards.  Coordinating the entire development activities including requirement analysis, planning, finalizing specifications, designing and prototype development.  Troubleshooting all technical problems; conducting various tests & inspections to ensure that products developed are in compliance with pre-set quality specifications.
