Fundamental Instruction: Special Training For:

Spiking – arm swing and footwork Power and/or Offside hitters - learn the latest in spiking Serving – underhand and overhand floats serving techniques. Forearm passing – platform and footwork Overhead passing – hand position and footwork Middle Blockers - special work on blocking footwork and the Defense – digging and diving quick attack. Blocking - footwork and arm positioning Team play – 2 on 2, 3 on 3, 4 on 4 and 6 on 6 Setters – special training on footwork, hand action, quick Offensive Strategies – 4-2, 6-2 and/or 5-1 setting and multiple attack offenses. Defensive Strategies – 6 up and 6 back Game Strategies – specific for age/skill group Liberos – special training in passing and defense

Okanagan Volleyball Camp is designed to encourage all athletes to have fun playing volleyball and working hard in order to better enjoy this great sport.
