The back page lists the names of the trustees for each hundred in Kent County: Duck Creek, Little Creek, Dover, Murderkill, Mispillion, and Milford. The register includes: the name of person admitted, age, disease, admission date, discharge or death date, name of trustee and an occasional remark. The list are arranged by hundred and then segregated by race and gender.
