Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990 (PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. Schedules 67, 67.1 and 67.2 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted: SCHEDULE 67 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT (AS IT RELATES TO ONTARIO REGULATION 213/91)
