How To Make Money with ARBONNE 1. Selling Retail

a. Commission – 35%

 Consultants can register retail clients at no cost to the client.

 Consultants sell product to retail clients at “catalog prices” and receive 35 % commission. (example: a retail order of $100 nets you $35.00) 35%

b. Preferred Client Commission – 15%

 Consultants can register Preferred Clients (PC) for a $20 fee, allowing the PC to receive a 20% discount on all products for one full year. 15%  Free product, up to $50, with $150 order during start month.

 PCs have access to hostess specials ($125/$25) and “purchase with purchase” special offers.

 PCs can earn “Preferred Advantage Rewards” giving them $10 - $50 off their next order. 15%

 Product sold to a Preferred Client gives you, as a consultant, a 15% Commission. (example: an order of $100 SRP nets you $15.00) 2.Building Multilevel Team

Override Commission

 At the DM level and above, commissions are paid on retail volume of you and your team minus 35 percent. (That is, commission is paid on $6500 of $10,000 retail volume.)

 Override Percentages or commission accumulates as you promote to higher management levels. Example – An Area Manager is paid 8% + 6% (see chart on next page). *Reference Arbonne’s “SuccessPlan” for the Independent Consultant Compensation Summary and details of commission overrides paid out at each management level.

Bonuses

a. $200 bonus for each month of “bonusing” in your Central District

b. $400 bonus for each month of “bonusing” in your Central Area

c. $600 bonus for each month of “bonusing” in your Central Region

d. Mercedes -Benz Cash Bonus of $800 is paid out at the Regional Vice President level and $1000 at National Vice President level.

Other forms of compensation a. $100,000 Life insurance program at the Executive Regional Vice President Level.

b. Incentive Trips can be earned each year (Past locations have included Paradise Island, Bahamas, Caribbean Cruise, and Cancun Mexico)

c. Other sales incentive programs are also offered throughout the year to earn cash bonuses, jewelry and other prizes.

d. Ability to Will your business at the Area Manager Level.
