Team Captain Responsibilities:  Make a note of the months your team is charged with the weekly meeting duties, and the quarter in which your team is responsible for planning a fellowship.  Contact your team and introduce yourself as their captain.  Prior to the start of your team’s duty month, arrange to have members of your team signed up to fulfill ALL the duties for each weekly club meeting during your duty month: greeter, ticket sales, set-up, invocation, pledge, tear-down (use template provided or whatever system works best for you).  Provide your team members with the attached document which explains the greeting, ticket sales, set up and tear down duties.  Provide the Rotary President with a list of who is doing each duty in advance of each weekly meeting.  In the event of a no-show, step in for the duty or get another team member to do it prior to the start of the meeting.  Lead your team in planning a club fellowship/social activity sometime during the quarter noted for your team. This is a great opportunity to get your team together in a smaller group to work together on behalf of the club. Use your imagination, but you may consider something seasonal, simple and FUN!
