In case, the course is cancelled by the British Council, full training fee will be refunded to participants.
In case a candidate withdraws his/her participation a week before the course, full refund will be made to the candidate.
If a candidate withdraws 3 days before the course, 50% training fee will be refunded to the participant.
If a candidate withdraws a day before the course NO refund for the training fee will be made to the candidate.
Attendance Policy: It is mandatory for participants to attend all days of the course that they have registered for. If any participant is absent for even a day they will not be eligible to receive the certificate of participation.
