A quick note to let you know that I continue to be passionate about real estate; I am delighted to let you know that we are experiencing one of the best markets in years.
. In March Reece & Nichols sold 1,702 homes representing nearly $340 million in volume that is up over 35% compared to this time last year . Reece & Nichols properties had 2,500 more showings than this time last year . Inventory is the lowest since 2007 - we need more houses to sell . Interest rates are incredibly low
