Thrower; and 29 30 Whereas, Kate Patrick joins cousins, Harrison and Will Siegling, 31 children of uncle and aunt, Holton and Martha Ann Siegling, and 32 she is already adored by her doting aunt, Christy Siegling; and 33 34 Whereas, the members of the South Carolina General Assembly 35 are pleased to recognize Kate Patrick Thrower as a new daughter 36 of South Carolina and look forward to hearing great things about 37 her life in the future. Now, therefore, 38 39 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate 40 concurring: 41
