How do our leasing agents make a difference? HallKeen Management’s leasing agent is a critically important, challenging and rewarding position! They assist in the ongoing leasing efforts at the property while providing first class customer service to our current residents.
Job Summary The leasing agent is responsible for creating a great first impression and serve as the initial contact for residents and prospective residents. The Leasing Agent is responsible for touring, leasing and renewing apartments, complete the lease paperwork, assist, build and maintain resident relations. This individual must be outgoing, customer service driven and able to meet specific weekly and monthly sales goals in both leases and renewals which are set by the Property Manager and Regional Manager. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to as Property Manager may assign other task.
Responsibilities Maintain the confidentially of the company, clients and residents. Maintain the physical appearance of the property and model units Inspect units in accordance with established policies and procedures. Perform move out inspection and assess charges to resident. Maintain a respectful workplace. Participate in professional development. Manage roommate matchings, transfers, move-ins and terminations. Monitor lease expirations and maximize renewals. Ensure all marketing and leasing information is maintained accurately and timely in One Site. Conduct leasing and marketing activities for prospects from first contact through lease execution, events and promotions. Coordinate and participate in renewal activities. Maintain current knowledge of competitive and market conditions. Check and update property website as needed but at least once a week. Ensure that all social media accounts are updated at least once per week. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain effective communication with residents, parents and the local colleges. Report any safety and security incidents in a timely manner. Maintain a safe community environment for both residents and fellow co-workers.
Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree is preferred Sales experience is preferred OneSite software experience a plus Experience with Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
