AWARD WINNERS

Well done to all of our award winners this week!

OSTEOGENESIS IMPERFECTA AWARENESS DAY Thank you to everyone who wore yellow today to raise awareness of Osteogenesis Imperfecta. All children have been given a yellow goody bag to bring home tonight containing sweets, these were donated by Tyler in Year 6 and his Mum – thank you very much.

YEAR 6 SATs Next week is SATs week and breakfast club will be free for our year six children to help them come and settle in before the tests. While these tests are important, we know that they don’t tell the full story. In our talented year six class we have: horse riding enthusiasts; boxers; world champion martial artists; million-word readers; unicorn specialists; leprechaun entrepreneurs; expert – ‘dabbers’! We know you will come and do your very best, that’s all we could ask for and we don’t want you to worry. You are so much more than a number to us!

NEW SCHOOL LUNCH MENU Our new School Lunch Menu launches on Monday 15th May 2017. Please find a copy attached for children in main school. If your child is currently having packed lunch but would like to change to school dinners please just let the school office know. Thank you. CHARITY COLLECTION We are once again taking part in ‘The Fire Fighters Charity’ collection. Your child should have brought home a bag which, if possible, should be filled with items as listed on the bag and brought into school on Wednesday 10th May before 9.00am and placed in the area at the top of the school drive. The bags will then be collected and weighed and our school funds receive a donation depending on the weight. So why not have a clear out for the summer? Thank you.

LOST A named blue t-shirt and named blue shorts have been lost by a Year 5 pupil. Please check your child’s belongings and if found, return to school. Thank you.
